ISOB (Institute for Socio-Scientific Consultancy) is a private research and development institute, working in the following research areas:

All of the above project activities are of an applied research nature: Practical development work is implemented in enterprises and with training institutions. Collaterally, scientific consultancy and formative evaluation of the project processes is carried out.

- ISOB was part of the Commission's technical assistance office for EUROTECNET.

- ISOB was involved in different European studies on regional development, industrial change and quality assurance in vocational training.

- From 1995 to 2001 ISOB was involved in the technical assistance office for the ADAPT-initiative (ESF) in Brussels.

ISOB implements practical consultancy for enterprises and management training in the fields of HRD and OD, as well as carrying out evaluation and measures in quality assurance in training and enterprise modernisation for companies of different sizes and training institutions.

As internal evaluation partner of projects we use a proprietary approach based on insights from Project Cycle Management, Developmental Evaluation and Reflexive Evaluation (as developed by ISOB for projects involved in the ADAPT program of the EC).
