QUAM - Qualification Concept for experienced staff concerned with training duties in SMEs

Pilot project for the development of self-management capabilities of employees – development of a navigation system for groups of employees learning independently and a project about project-orientated learning in the workplace.

Sustainable improvement of the training, employment and livelihood situations of the citizens through promotion of a regional training and learning guidance infrastructure.
